Concern for frontline workers

People who are at the forefront in the fight against COVID-19 could reach a breaking point because of the stress and pressure associated with their work environment.

If not treated it could result in increased mental health issues.

These are the views of Fiji’s renowned psychotherapist, Selina Kuruleca and founder of Operation Foundation, the Reverend Peter Schultz.

However, Ministry of Health and Medical Services permanent secretary Dr James Fong said they were looking into this issue.
